You conduct the viewings at a time convenient to yourself. If you later find that you don't have time to conduct the viewings contact our customer service team to discuss upgrading to another level of service.

Step 3: Respond to and accept offers

Respond to offers online

Prospective tenants will make offers to you directly. You accept or reject the offers.

We reference, you decide

Once you accept a tenant's offer, we will conduct reference checks on all prospective tenants.

Once results have been obtained, we will provide you with a detailed report for your approval.

Step 4: Generate Tenancy

Just sign, we do the rest

Once tenants have passed referencing, we will generate the tenancy agreement from the offer information you provide. Tenants and landlords will digitally sign the tenancy agreement.

Step 5: Payment and Check-in

1st month rent and deposit

The 1st months rent is transferred directly to your bank account. We register the deposit with the TDS and issue all tenants with a certificate.

Keys Collection

Once the tenant has signed and paid, you will be notified and you can organise a convenient time for your tenants to be checked in.
